Find the right listing agent you trust. Pick a competitive listing price - do not over price it. Have your realtor explain a divisive marketing plan. Give

your property a makeover with a deep cleaning and fixing the items that need repaired. Prepare for open houses and private showings

while maintaining a clean and clutter-free home. Have your realtor negotiate your best price and terms ( that is their job ).

Have patience through the escrow period - it is a process with timelines.

Prepare for the closing. Be flexible if dates change ( they typically do not, but possible ).
